Place: Millstadt Municipal Pool
300 Parkview Dr., MIllstadt, IL
Directions: Rt. 158 to Millstadt, turn right (north) on Tyler, then right (east) on Parkview to the pool.
Pool Course: Outdoor, 25-yard, 6-lane pool with non-turbulent lane lines, Colorado timing system with scoreboard. ***Swimmers will not be diving from the shallow end of the pool. There will be touch pads at both ends of the pool. All swimers will start from the same blocks. ***
Eligibility: Swimmer must finish in the top six places in at least one individual event at their respective conference meet. Swimmer may then enter up to four individual events. These events may, or may not, be the same events the swimmer swam at their conference meet. Swimmer’s age on June 1, 2011 determines age for meet.
Awards: Individual - custom medals 1st–3rd, double-ribbons 4th–6th, single ribbon 7th–12th place. Relays - custom medals 1st , ribbons 2nd & 3rd. High point - trophies for top 3 scoring boys and girls in each age group.
An award ceremony will immediately follow the meet.
Entry Limits: Four individual events and one relay per swimmer. The only relay event offered again this year is the free relay as the last event of the meet. Each conference will be allowed to enter a maximum of two free relays in each of the boys and girls age groups. Each conference will determine the swimmers in their relay.
Entry Forms: Please use forms provided. We will accept entries on Meet Manager or Team Manager also. PLEASE ENTER IN YARD TIMES ONLY. Only one master entry is accepted per conference. Please have final results of your conference meet available the day of the meet.
Entry Fees: $2.00 for individual events. Due to bad weather last year, we were unable to complete the relays therefore, there will be no charge for relays this year. All individuals with unpaid fees will not be permitted to swim.

Relays: Relay cards must be submitted at the computer trailer by 11:00 am on the day of the meet.
Deadline: All entries must be received by Tuesday, August 2, 2011. Late entries will not be accepted. No deck entries permitted.

Fee payment should be mailed and must be received by Tuesday, August 2, 2011. All individuals or relays with unpaid fees will not be permitted to swim.
Seeding: Meet will be pre-seeded.
Rule: The 2011 USA Official Rules for Swimming shall generally govern the meet. The host committee will revise particular rules to fit the host facility. The NO False Start rule will be in effect.
Officials: Each conference is required to provide at least 2 stroke judges to work the meet.
Timers: Each conference is required to provide timers to work the meet. Timer assignment will be based on the number of swimmers attending the meet. Please work out a schedule within your conference so two timers are present in your assigned lane(s).
Refreshments: Concession stand will offer drinks, breakfast, snack, and lunch items.
Miscellaneous: Due to the nature of this invitational meet, each conference may appoint a coach to be the championship team coach, or swimmers may be accompanied by their own team coach. Relay cards are due at 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meet.
A coaches' meeting will be held at 8:00 a.m.
An officials’ meeting will be held at 8:20 a.m.
A timers’ meeting will be held at 8:45 a.m.
